We want you to love your Kaimana shirt. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Returns — You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an unworn, unwashed item with tags still attached. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll send you instructions.
Refunds — Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges — Need a different size? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Sale items — Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged or faulty items — If your shirt arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
